The Oakridge Mountain Community is governed by the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Oakridge Mountain Community” also known as the Covenants.
The Covenants are supplemented by the “Bylaws of Oakridge Mountain Community Association, Inc.” known as the Bylaws.
In order to preserve the aesthetic value of our neighborhood and the mountains, as well as maintaining a healthy and abundant living environment, the members of the Oakridge Mountain Community Association members voted and agreed upon the “Oakridge Mountain Community Design Committee Specifications”.

As a means of enforcing the Covenants, Bylaws and the Architectural Specifications, the "Oakridge Association Covenant, Bylaw and Architectural Design Violation Policy” was adopted.
The OakCreek phase of the Oakridge Mountain Community was initiated in 2007. A recent amendment to the Annexation Agreement was done, changing the name of ownership to Park Sterling Bank. The OakCreek name has been dropped and the property is now known as Phase III of Oakridge Mountain Community.
Included on this page is a blank Proxy Form. If you are unable to attend the annual HOA member meeting, please take the time to complete a proxy and return it via US mail to Oakridge Mountain Community Association, PO Box 1772, Ellijay, GA 30540 so that your vote can be counted. No hand carried proxies will be accepted at the meeting. Please remember all dues and special assessments must be paid in full in order to vote!
